One flat fee. Nothing held back.
One hundred and seventy-five dollars a month covers everything you find on this page, with no tiers underneath it, no upsells layered onto it, and no surprise invoices for the things you reasonably assumed came with the site. The AI builders and template shops will sell you the front end and quietly charge for the rest, and I have never been able to make peace with that approach.
Eight core inclusions on every site.
The list below is genuinely everything a small business needs to run a professional, fast, and reliable website, and it strikes me as unreasonable that you would have to assemble it from a dozen separate vendors. So I do not ask you to.
Custom design
The site is designed from a blank page for your brand and the customers you serve, which is the opposite of pulling down a template that hundreds of other businesses are already using.
Custom-coded build
Every line of code is written specifically for your site, with no WordPress underneath it, no page-builder plugins layered on top, and no AI-generated bloat sitting between you and the visitor. The result is fast, the result is clean, and the result belongs to your business.
Hosting and SSL
The site runs on a fast global CDN with the SSL certificate already in place and uptime monitored quietly in the background, all of which is included in the monthly price and configured on your behalf so you never have to think about it.
Unlimited updates
You can have me edit your pages as often as you like, whether the change is new hours, new prices, a new photo, or a seasonal promotion. The change tends to go live quickly on most business days.
Direct support
The person who picks up the phone, replies to the email, or answers the text is the same person who actually built the site. There is no support queue and no chatbot pretending to be a person.
Mobile-first design
The vast majority of your customers will find you on a phone, which means the site is designed for that screen first and then carefully scaled up for desktop, rather than the other way around.
On-page SEO
Clean structural markup, fast page loads, local-business schema, and the other small details Google's local-search ranking actually rewards are built in from the first day the site goes live, rather than treated as a separate package later on.
Security and maintenance
There are no plugins waiting to be updated at midnight and no vulnerability scans for you to configure. The architecture itself is what keeps the site secure, which means there is genuinely nothing for you to maintain.
Blog system included
The same blog system that powers this site's blog, complete with the sticky table of contents, the reading-progress bar, the share buttons, and the auto-generated RSS feed, ships with your site at no extra cost. Once it is in place, every new post you publish is part of your unlimited content updates rather than a separate billable item.
A few things other agencies charge extra for.
The items below are part of the standard monthly plan rather than a separate add-on or upsell, even though most of the agencies you would compare me to put a line item next to each of them.
I write the first draft.
You tell me about your business in plain language, and I draft the pages in your voice based on what you said, which usually means services, about, FAQ, contact, and the supporting pages around them. You then review what I wrote and we revise together until each page reads the way you would actually talk to a customer. AI text generators tend to produce something generic, and what we end up with here is the opposite of that.
Local SEO baked into the site.
The local-business schema is in place, your name, address, and phone number stay consistent across every page, the service-area pages carry real local content rather than placeholder filler, and the XML sitemap is submitted to Google Search Console on the day the site launches. Your Google Business Profile stays in your hands the whole time, and I simply make sure the site's structured data matches it cleanly so Google treats the two as the same entity.
I am on call when it counts.
If a customer spots a typo, your phone number changes overnight, or you need a holiday-hours notice to go up before the weekend, you can text me directly and the change tends to land in short order. Direct access is part of the plan, not a separate tier of it.
Anything outside the plan is a flat $100 an hour.
Everything in the sections above is already included in the monthly price, and that covers what the vast majority of small service businesses actually need. If you ever want something genuinely outside the standard scope, like a custom calculator, a third-party booking integration, an email-marketing template, or a data migration from an old platform, the work is billed at a flat one hundred dollars an hour, and I send you a written estimate before any of it starts so the line between included and billable is clear up front.
Things that are not billed extra: content updates of any size or frequency, blog posts, hours and price changes, photo swaps, seasonal callouts, security work, hosting, the SSL certificate, the local-SEO foundation, or any of the standard pages that come with the site. None of that ever shows up on a separate invoice. If you do not have a logo or photos yet, I am happy to point you toward an affordable option, and any third-party costs there are paid directly by you to the vendor rather than marked up through me.
Get all of this for $175 a month.
There is no design deposit and no setup fee, only one simple monthly rate that covers every item listed above and the ongoing relationship that keeps the site working in the background.
