With the monthly subscription, we own the code and host it for you — that's how we can build a professional site with no large design deposit up front. Think of it like leasing a storefront: you get all the benefits without the upfront capital. Want to own the site outright? We offer a lump-sum option — ask us about it. After purchase, we can still handle hosting and maintenance for a small monthly fee.
