The discount, in plain numbers

• Month one: $175, the standard rate. The first payment is what kicks off the build, same as for every client.
• Month two: $0, on the house. The discount lands as a one-month free credit applied to your second invoice automatically. You see "Medical personnel credit applied" on the invoice line and a $0 total.
• Month three onward: back to the standard $175. Same plan, same scope, same direct support.
• Total savings: $175. One month free, no recurring rate change, no expiration logic to track.
• Free 5-point audit either way. If you are not yet ready to build, the free audit is also free, and I will flag you for the credit the day you do hire me.

Why "month two free" instead of an ongoing percentage off? Two reasons. (1) It is simpler to track on both ends — one credit, one invoice, done. (2) The thank-you is concentrated rather than diluted. A one-month credit feels like an actual gift; a few dollars off every invoice tends to disappear into the noise of monthly billing.

Who qualifies

Any licensed medical, dental, allied-health, or mental-health professional in active practice or licensed retirement, plus their immediate family:

• Physicians. MDs, DOs, residents, fellows.
• Dental. DDS / DMD, dental hygienists, oral surgeons, orthodontists, endodontists, periodontists, prosthodontists.
• Nursing. RNs, LPNs / LVNs, NPs, CRNAs, midwives, nursing assistants.
• Allied health. PAs, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, audiologists, respiratory therapists, optometrists, opticians, podiatrists, chiropractors, registered dietitians, pharmacists.
• Mental health. Licensed psychologists, LCSWs / LMFTs / LPCs / LMHCs, board-certified psychiatrists, board-certified behavior analysts.
• Medical imaging and lab. Radiologic technologists, sonographers, medical lab scientists, phlebotomists with state licensure.
• Spouses, children, parents, and siblings of any qualifying clinician, same credit, same verification (one shared photo of the clinician's license, plus a one-line note identifying the relationship).

How verification works: One photo or scan of your active license, state board card, hospital ID with clinical role visible, or a current verification printout from your state licensing board. Email it once when we start; I delete the file the moment I confirm. I do not retain copies of your documents.

How to claim it

1. Book a 20-minute discovery call. Standard contact form. In the message, mention you are claiming the medical personnel credit.
2. On the call, we figure out the build. Same conversation I have with anyone, what your practice needs, which plan fits, which features matter. (If you are HIPAA-touching with intake forms, I will walk you through the appropriate intake-form provider; I do not handle PHI directly.)
3. Send proof of license. One photo of your license card or a current state-board verification, by email. Takes 30 seconds.
4. I tag your account for the credit. Your first invoice is the standard $175. Your second invoice has the credit applied automatically and totals $0. From month three onward, billing is the standard rate.

A note on HIPAA and intake forms

I build the marketing site itself, namely the pages, the blog, the service descriptions, the hours, and the location. I do not store or process PHI on the website. Patient intake, scheduling, and any form that collects personal health information goes through a HIPAA-compliant third-party provider, such as Jotform HIPAA, Tebra, SimplePractice, or Healee, depending on your specialty. Your site links to and embeds those forms, but the data does not pass through my servers. We will set this up correctly together during the build.

Why I do this

A meaningful number of clinicians are launching independent or part-time private practice as the healthcare landscape continues to shift. The licensing and credentialing burden is enormous, the schedule is brutal, and the work has real human stakes attached to it. A free month is the difference, for some clinicians, between testing the engagement risk-free and not testing it at all.
