Start Now Or Start a Conversation

From conversation to launch in about three weeks.

The whole process runs through five clear steps, with no mystery in the middle and no drawn-out revision rounds. There is no point where the work gets handed off to "someone on the team," because there is no team behind the scenes. The person who picks up your phone call is the same person who writes your site.

The whole process, end to end.

  1. Day 1 · About 20–30 minutes

    Discovery call

We get on the phone, you tell me what you do, and I figure out what the site needs to accomplish for you. There is no sales pitch in the conversation, no pressure attached to it, and no moment where I say "let me loop in my strategist." If I am not the right fit for what you need, I will tell you so on the call rather than waste either of our time.

    • What you do and who you serve
    • What is working (or not working) with your current site
    • What the new site needs to do, whether that is phone calls, booked jobs, or quote requests
    • Timeline, the content you already have, and any questions you bring
  2. Day 1–2 · Agreement & kickoff

    Service agreement and first payment

You sign a short one-page service agreement and make your first monthly payment, and I start building the same day. There is no large deposit to hand over up front and no waiting around for a project manager to schedule the work.

    • Plain-language service agreement emailed to you
    • First monthly payment processed securely
    • Shared folder created for your logo, photos, and any content
    • Design kicks off the same day you sign
  3. Week 1–2 · 7–10 business days

    Design and build

Every line of code is written from scratch for your brand, and you will see a live preview link within the first few days so you can give feedback while the work is still moving. You can ask for as many revisions as you need, because I do not charge per change. AI generators and template shops will tell you the work is done the moment a layout exists, but I do not, because the rounds after the first draft are where most of the work that actually brings calls in gets done.

    • Design tailored to your industry and services
    • Custom code, with no WordPress, no page builders, and no AI templates underneath
    • Live preview link to share with your team
    • Unlimited revisions until you are happy
  4. Week 2–3 · Launch day

    Launch

I point your domain at the hosting, verify everything is live, submit the sitemap to Google and Bing, and email you a plain-language owner's guide that describes what was shipped. You do not need to touch anything technical along the way.

    • DNS configured and SSL activated
    • Sitemap submitted to Google and Bing
    • Local-business schema verified against the site
    • Owner's guide emailed to you
  5. Ongoing · For as long as you are with me

Updates, support, and the partnership part

This is the part most agencies skip. After launch I stay with the work, and when something on your end changes (new hours, a new service, a new photo, a seasonal promo) you simply email or text me, and the change tends to land quickly on most business days. I also keep a quiet eye on the site in the background, watching uptime, performance, security, and any broken links that may creep in over time. Your website is supposed to be bringing in calls and booking jobs, which means my job does not actually end at launch.

    • Unlimited content updates included on the monthly plan
    • Direct access to me for anything urgent
    • Security, uptime, and Lighthouse scores monitored quietly in the background
    • Quarterly check-in to talk about what is working and what to add

Simple inputs, and not much else.

The faster you send the few things I need from your side, the faster we launch, and most clients already have this material ready by the end of the first call.

Logo and photos

Your logo (if you have one) along with a handful of real photos of your work, your trucks, or your team. I can work around gaps if you do not have everything yet.

Services and pricing

A rough list of what you offer, and where it makes sense, what each service costs. Ballpark numbers are fine, and we can refine them together as the site comes together.

A little of your time

Twenty or thirty minutes on the discovery call, and then short rounds of feedback on the preview link. That is genuinely all the time the project takes from your side.

If you do not have a logo or any photos yet, I can point you to an affordable logo option or coordinate a basic shoot with a local photographer in your area.

Common process questions.

I write it for you, and the work flows out of the discovery call rather than out of a blank page. I draft the copy in your voice based on what you told me on the call, send the draft back for review, and we revise it together until each page reads the way you would actually talk to a customer. AI generators tend to produce something generic, which is the opposite of what a service-business site needs. The version we end up with sounds like you, because it came from a real conversation about your work.
Yes, you can, and you genuinely should. I share a live preview link within the first stretch of the build, and you can forward it to anyone whose opinion you want to gather along the way. You stay in the loop for the whole build, not just at the end of it.
You get as many revision rounds as you genuinely need, since I do not charge by the change and I do not rush the rounds. I would rather you be happy with the site before it launches than have you discover something to fix the day after it goes live.
That is the most common case, and I handle the DNS switch on launch day so you never have to touch it. The domain stays registered in your name at your registrar throughout, and I simply point it at the new hosting on the day we go live.
I coordinate the cut-over so there is no downtime between the two sites. Once the new one is live, you can take the old one down or keep it archived somewhere private, whichever option you prefer.

Ready for the discovery call?

The call takes twenty minutes on Google Meet, with no obligation attached. I will ask a few questions, answer yours, and tell you on the call whether I am the right fit for what you are building.

Have a quick question first? The short ask form is the right place. You can also call or text me at (928) 315-9094.
