Request received.
Your estimate request is in our queue. Someone from the office (most likely Dan or Tess) will call you back within one business day to scope the project and schedule a site visit.
What happens now.
Business day 1: Office calls you to scope the project. If you sent a specific equipment request or photos, we review them before the call. Most scoping calls run 15–25 minutes.
Business day 2–5: On-site visit (60–90 minutes). We measure envelope, pressurize the duct system if applicable, note existing conditions, and take photos for the load calc.
Business day 5–8: Manual J load calculation completed. Equipment modeled against your load. Itemized proposal drafted.
Business day 8–10: Proposal delivered by email with 2–3 equipment options, each priced, each showing rebates/credits applied. We schedule a 20-minute review call to walk through the options.
If this is an emergency.
If your system is down during cold-snap or heat-wave weather, hang up from this site and call (928) 315-9094 directly and press 9. We prioritize no-heat situations below 20°F and no-cool above 95°F.
Before the site visit.
You don't need to prep anything. But if you want to help the scope happen faster:
- Note your current furnace and AC model numbers (stickers on the equipment).
- Find your last full year of utility bills, it helps calibrate the load calc.
- List any rooms that never feel right (too cold, too hot, slow to change).
None of that is required. We'll figure it out either way.
Need us sooner than one business day?
Call directly and we'll get the scheduler on the line. Extension 9 for after-hours emergency.
