01 / Heat pump installation
Cold-climate heat pumps, sized honestly.
Colorado winters demand cold-climate performance, units that maintain rated capacity down to 5°F or below. We install Mitsubishi Hyper-Heat, Bosch IDS, Carrier Infinity Greenspeed, Daikin Fit, and Trane XV series, matched to your Manual J. Every install includes commissioning documentation.

Room-by-room comfort without duct losses. Ideal for additions, finished basements, historic homes, or any space where running duct is worse than the system cost.

Dual-fuel heat pump + furnace
Heat pump handles 85% of the heating hours; existing or new furnace takes over below a set outdoor temp. Best-of-both for homes with a recently replaced furnace we don't need to tear out.
02 / AC replacement
Replacement that lowers the bill.
Most replacement AC installs are drop-in swaps of the exact same tonnage the previous contractor sold the homeowner. That's how 4-ton systems end up in 1,800 sf ranches. We recalculate the load, right-size the unit, and usually find the correct tonnage is a full ton smaller.

Two-stage AC
Runs at 70% capacity most of the time, full capacity on the hottest days. Quieter, better dehumidification, 15–17 SEER2 range. The residential default for 2,000–3,500 sf homes.

Variable-speed AC
Inverter-driven compressor modulates continuously. 18–26 SEER2. Premium cost, premium quiet, premium humidity control. Pays back fastest in high-usage homes.
03 / Furnace repair + replacement
Honest diagnostics, flat-rate repairs.
We don't sell you a new furnace when yours has an $80 flame sensor failure. Diagnostic fee is $89 and waived on any repair over $400. Same-day service available Mon–Sat during heating season.

Replacement threshold
We'll tell you honestly if a repair is throwing good money after bad. Rule of thumb: if repair cost × age in years exceeds $5,000, we recommend replacement. You decide.
04 / Indoor air quality
Filtration, humidification, ventilation.
Front Range winters are dry; summers are increasingly smoky. Indoor air quality is a three-part problem, particulates, humidity, and fresh-air ventilation. We size and install each independently.

Media + HEPA filtration
5-inch media cabinets (Aprilaire, Honeywell) for standard residential. True HEPA side-streams for wildfire-season households or asthma sensitivity. Yearly filter program available.
Humidity
Whole-house humidifiers
Steam and bypass humidifiers sized to home envelope. Steam for tight new builds; bypass for older homes with natural infiltration. Set-it-and-forget-it integration with your thermostat.
Ventilation
ERV / HRV systems
Energy Recovery Ventilators bring in fresh outdoor air and exhaust stale air without throwing away the conditioning energy. Required in new tight-envelope builds; retrofittable in older homes.
05 / Maintenance plans
Two visits a year. Priority service when you need it.
One spring tune-up (cooling), one fall tune-up (heating). Filter replacement, blower and coil inspection, combustion analysis, refrigerant levels, thermostat calibration. Priority scheduling on the 8 days a year anyone in Denver urgently needs HVAC service.
Single system
Standard plan, $229/yr
Two annual visits, 15% off parts and labor on any repair, no after-hours service charges, priority scheduling during cold snaps and heat waves.
Multi-system
Full-house plan, $349/yr
Everything in standard, plus humidifier and filtration inspection, duct-leakage testing every other year, and 20% off any preventative component replacement.
