You'll get a call or email from our office. If you need emergency service (active leak, active storm damage), call us directly at (928) 315-9094 instead, we answer the line 24/7 during storm season.
Free on-site inspection scheduled
We'll set a time that works for your schedule, usually within 3 business days. An estimator and a HAAG-certified inspector come to your property together. The inspection itself takes about 45 minutes and includes roof, attic, gutters, and flashing.
Written estimate delivered
Within 24 hours of the inspection you'll have a written, itemized estimate in your email. Materials, labor, timeline, warranty, permits, all spelled out. No verbal handshake deals.
Insurance support, if applicable
If this is a storm claim, our office will handle adjuster coordination from here. You'll get a summary before and after every call we make on your behalf.
