Accessibility

This website is designed and maintained to meet WCAG 2.2 AA conformance. Everyone who lives under a roof deserves equal access to finding a roofer.

Our commitment

Redcap Roofing is committed to making its digital content accessible to people with disabilities. We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our conformance standard and we verify with a combination of automated and manual testing every time the site is updated.

What we've done

  • Keyboard navigation. Every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard alone. Focus is visible, focus order follows reading order, and no part of the site traps focus.
  • Screen readers. Semantic HTML (real headings, lists, nav landmarks, buttons), accurate alt text on images, descriptive link text, and ARIA only where the HTML can't carry the meaning.
  • Color contrast. 4.5:1 minimum for normal text, 3:1 for large text and UI components. We check every revision.
  • Touch targets. Minimum 44×44 pixel tap targets on buttons, links, and form inputs.
  • Motion. We respect your OS-level prefers-reduced-motion setting. If you've asked your device to reduce motion, our site honors that.
  • Forms. Every input has a visible label, clear error messaging, and programmatic association between labels and fields. Error summaries on submit, no captcha traps.
  • Responsive and zoomable. The site works at 400% zoom without horizontal scroll and reflows cleanly down to 320px viewports.

Known limitations

Third-party embedded content (for example, maps or social-media widgets when used) may not meet the same standards. We work to minimize third-party embeds and verify accessibility of anything we include. If you hit a barrier, please tell us.

How to report an issue

If you encounter any part of this website that isn't accessible to you, please reach out. We'll get back to you within two business days and fix the issue as quickly as we can.

On-site access

Our office on North Circle Drive has accessible parking and a ground-floor entrance. If you need to meet with us in person and have mobility or access needs we should prepare for, let us know in advance and we'll make sure the space works for you.
