What happens next.
Within 4 business hours: Phone call or email. For simple jobs (EV charger swap, ceiling fan, outlet add) we quote from your description. For panel upgrades, rewires, or commercial work we schedule a 30-minute site visit.
Site visit (when needed): Ray or Vivian walks the job. We photograph the existing conditions and leave with enough information to produce a fixed-price quote. No sales pressure at the visit, we're scoping, not selling.
Quote: Emailed within 2 business days of the site visit. Line-item scope, permit fees, equipment model numbers, timeline. Valid 30 days.
Scheduled install: Most residential jobs 5–10 business days out. Rush work available for an additional fee when we have the capacity.
