Pricing.
Prices on /pricing/ are typical Fort Collins ranges from real 2024–2025 jobs. Your actual price is the fixed-price quote we send after a site walk. Site numbers are informational, not an offer.
Permits.
Every job that requires a city electrical permit gets one. We pull the permit, schedule the inspection, and meet the inspector. We don't do unpermitted work, even when the homeowner asks. If the city won't permit something, we won't do it, and we'll tell you why before we start, not after.
Warranty.
Our installation labor is warranted for one year from completion. Installation defects (loose connections caused by us, devices wired incorrectly, conduit work that fails inspection) are repaired at no charge during this window.
Manufacturer warranties on devices and panels (typically 5 years on devices, 10 years on panels) are governed by their manufacturer terms. We register your install with the manufacturer when applicable.
What's not warranted.
- Failures caused by other contractors working on the same circuit after we left.
- Damage from owner modification (adding loads beyond the circuit rating, etc.).
- Lightning, surge, or utility-side faults (we install whole-house surge protection on every panel upgrade for this reason, but no surge device is 100%).
- Pre-existing wiring downstream of our work (which we'd have flagged in writing).
Limitation of liability.
To the extent permitted by Colorado law, our liability for any claim related to a job is limited to the contract price for that job. Lumen carries $2M general liability and $2M workers' comp. Our master license is CO-ME-2708.
