What to expect.
First call back: We scope the job. If it's simple (water heater swap, drain cleaning, fixture install) we quote a flat rate and book the truck. If it's complicated (repipe, remodel, code issue) we schedule a free 30-minute site visit.
The truck arrives: On time or earlier. Tech calls 30 minutes before arrival. Floors protected, tools organized, work area respected like it's our grandmother's house.
Work done, paid, done: Fixed-price quote, fixed-price invoice. No surprises, no "oh by the way." One-year warranty on labor.
If it's truly an emergency.
Don't wait for us to call back. Grab the phone and dial (928) 315-9094, press 9 at the menu for emergency. We pay the on-call tech to keep their phone charged.

A few things to have ready for the call:
- Where is the main water shut-off? (If you don't know, we'll help over the phone.)
- What's the approximate age of the home?
- If replacing an appliance: make and model if handy, but we'll figure it out if not.
