We show you the price before we start the job. No meter running, no "we'll see when we get into it" surprises. If a job costs more than we quoted, we eat the difference, not you.
Water heater installs
Same-day replacement on common 40/50-gallon tanks. Tankless conversions with gas-line upsizing if needed. Heat pump water heaters for the rebate-eligible. All installs include haul-away + code update.

Drain cleaning
Cable rodding for standard clogs. Hydro-jetting for roots, grease, and repeat offenders. Camera-scope included with every main line cleaning so you see what we found. $195 flat, any drain.

Whole-home repipe
PEX-A or copper L, your choice. We've replaced polybutylene, galvanized, and failing copper across hundreds of SLC homes. Drywall-minimal fishing wherever the construction allows; coordinated drywall repair when it doesn't.

We rough-in to your design, set fixtures, and pull every required permit. We work with your GC or directly with you if you're managing your own project.

Once-a-year whole-home plumbing inspection, fixture function, shut-off operation, water heater flush, pressure test, visible supply-line check. Catches small issues before they become big ones.

How pricing works
Flat rate, every time.
Every service on this page has a published price, a dispatcher or tech confirms it on the phone before we roll. On the rare job where the condition we find is substantially different from what was described, we pause, call you, and agree on a new number before continuing. No invoice ever arrives with a number that wasn't agreed to.
What's included in every flat rate:
- Materials for the job as scoped
- Permit fees where required
- Haul-away of anything we removed
- Clean-up: the jobsite is swept and wiped before we leave
- One-year warranty on labor and any install
What's extra:
- After-hours emergency: 1.5× the published rate, max
- Drywall repair beyond access holes (we refer you to a drywaller we trust)
- Upgraded fixtures beyond the standard lines we carry
