Inspection day
Ron arrives 15 minutes early to walk the exterior. You're welcome to join for the walk-through at the end, most clients find it valuable; some can't make it and that's fine.
Duration
3–4 hours on-site depending on sq ft and add-ons.

Report delivered
Emailed within 24 business hours. Sarah includes a one-paragraph summary in the email body; the full report is attached as a PDF organized by priority.
Support window
Ron is available by phone for 30 days after delivery to answer any questions that come up during negotiation.
