Privacy Policy

Information you give us.

When you book an inspection through this site or by phone, we collect: your name, phone number, email address, the property address, and any agent / brokerage you've cc'd. During the inspection itself we collect photographs of the property and our written observations of its condition.

We don't run analytics that fingerprint you. The site uses a privacy-respecting page-view counter (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that doesn't set cookies and doesn't identify individual visitors.

Only to do the work.

• To schedule and confirm your inspection.
• To deliver the inspection report (PDF, by email).
• To answer questions about the report for the next 30 days.
• To send a one-time email asking for an honest review (no follow-ups).

What we'll never do with your data.

• Sell it. To anyone. For any reason. Ever.
• Add you to a marketing newsletter without explicit opt-in.
• Share inspection details with a third party (including an agent) without your written go-ahead.
• Run retargeting ads or pixel-based remarketing.

Inspection records: 7 years. Site data: 30 days.

Colorado state inspector regulations require that we maintain inspection records for seven years after the report is delivered. We meet that requirement. Site analytics (page views) are retained for 30 days, then aggregated and the raw records are deleted.

Ask, and we'll deliver.

You can request a copy of any data we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to the 7-year inspection-record retention requirement). Email hello@alpine.example with the subject line "Privacy request" and we'll respond within 10 business days.

If this policy changes.

We'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes (new analytics tools, new third parties) will trigger a one-time email to anyone with an active inspection report on file.
