Privacy Policy.
Last updated April 2026. The studio is small, our client list is small, and so is our use of your information. We collect what's needed to design and tend a garden, and nothing more.
Information you give us.
When you reach out to start a project we collect your name, phone number, email, and the location of the property. During the design and install phases we add: site survey notes, photographs of the existing landscape, sketches and plans, plant lists, and material specifications. During seasonal care we keep ongoing notes about each garden's health.
We don't run advertising trackers, behavioral analytics, or fingerprinting scripts. The studio site uses a privacy-respecting page-view counter that doesn't set cookies and can't identify individuals.
Information you don't give us.
We do not collect: location data, behavior analytics, cross-site tracking pixels, retargeting identifiers, or third-party cookies of any kind.
02 · What we do with itDesigning and maintaining your garden.
- To talk with you, schedule, and quote.
- To produce the design package (drawings, plant list, care plan).
- To coordinate with the install crew and our drystone mason.
- To keep the seasonal-care record across years.
- If you've consented in writing, to publish select photographs of the completed garden in our portfolio (we always ask first).
Things we'll never do.
- Sell your information.
- Add you to a marketing newsletter without your explicit opt-in.
- Publish photos of your property in our portfolio without written consent.
- Share your address with manufacturers or material suppliers beyond what's needed to deliver materials.
How long records live.
Project files (designs, drawings, plant lists, care notes) are retained indefinitely while the relationship is active. If you ask us to close out the file, we delete it within 30 days, with the exception of records we're required to retain for tax or insurance purposes (typically 7 years). Site analytics live for 30 days then get purged.

You have the right to a copy of any data we hold about you, the right to correct it, and the right to ask for it to be deleted. Email studio@meadowstone.example with the subject "Privacy request" and we'll respond within 10 business days.
